As Head of Robotics Product Management, you will be the strategic and operational leader for our robotics product portfolio. - Own and define the product vision and roadmap for NEURA’s robotic platforms
- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class product management team
- Translate complex technical innovations into clear, compelling value propositions
- Align product strategy with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product success
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Represent the product team internally and externally – with partners, customers, and leadership
- Establish KPIs and ensure data-driven product decisions
- Extensive experience in robotics or automation
- Several years in product management, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies
- Strong leadership skills: you inspire, empower, and bring clarity to your team

- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
