We are searching for a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager - Ecosystem Growth & Integration to spearhead the growth of our Neuraverse ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of robotics by directly engaging with new partners and guiding them through the integration of their products and technologies onto our platform. You will be the key liaison between Neura Robotics and our partners, ensuring a smooth, effective, and mutually beneficial onboarding experience. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Lead the End-to-End Onboarding Process: Take ownership of the entire partner and product onboarding lifecycle, from initial engagement and technical consultation to successful integration and launch within the Neuraverse.
- Cultivate and Grow the Ecosystem: Actively identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including robotics companies, peripheral manufacturers, and software developers, to expand the functionality and reach of the Neuraverse.
- Provide Technical and Business Guidance: Serve as the primary technical and business contact for new partners, helping them understand our platform's capabilities and guiding them on how to best integrate their products to create compelling new solutions.
- Identify Market Opportunities: Continuously scan the market for emerging trends, technologies, and potential partners to strategically grow the Neuraverse ecosystem.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster long-term, collaborative relationships with partners to ensure their ongoing success and encourage co-innovation.
- Act as an Internal Advocate: Be the voice of our partners within Neura Robotics, providing feedback to our engineering and product teams to enhance the Neuraverse platform.
- Drive Business and Entrepreneurial Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to grow the ecosystem's commercial viability, identifying new business models and revenue streams.
- Strong Robotics, Peripherals, and AI Knowledge: A deep and practical understanding of robotics systems, including hardware, software, peripherals (sensors, actuators, etc.), and the application of AI in robotics. This is crucial for a smooth and effective onboarding process, as you'll be speaking the same technical language as our partners.
- Demonstrated Entrepreneurial and Business Acumen: Experience in building new business ventures, managing strategic partnerships, or growing an ecosystem from the ground up is essential. You must be able to think strategically about market opportunities and business models.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics) or a related business field.
- Proven experience in a technical or business development role, with a focus on platform ecosystems or partner onboarding.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
