At the humanoid robot department, we are looking for multiple excellent humanoid robot developers to join our team. Your tasks will span a wide variety of topics connected to the need for developing 4NE-1. This includes:
- Implement data visualization and 3D rendering using game engines, and develop teleoperation systems utilizing VR headsets
- Design and develop intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for humanoid robots, including the creation of interfaces that ensure a seamless integration with other components
- Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and UX/UI designers to create cohesive HMI solutions, develop prototypes, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for HMI systems and stay current with the latest HMI design and development trends
- Bachelor, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Human-Computer-Interaction or a similar field in combination with experience in HMI design and development for embedded systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, TypeScript, or Python
- Familiarity with HMI development tools and frameworks, as well as experience with embedded graphics libraries and their optimization
- Experience in HMI design and development for embedded systems, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Proficiency with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch, and familiarity with advanced 3D rendering and game engine technologies
- Experience with multi-touch user interfaces, gesture control, and HMI development for safety-critical systems
