Develop extensions (AL) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Implement complex technical requirements across Finance, Production, Logistics, Project Management, Service, and Purchasing

Design and further develop automated Business Central processes, workflows, and integrations

Develop, implement, and maintain interfaces (API, OData, EDI, scanner, CAD, and robotics systems)

Design and extend data models and analyze technical system relationships

Support international rollouts and multi-company setups
You will also take on central responsibility for the release management of the Business Central landscape:
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Create technical specifications, documentation, and solution concepts
- Support the ERP team in 2nd and 3rd level support for complex BC applications
Must-have
- Several years of experience as a Business Central Developer
- Strong expertise in AL
- Experience with interfaces (API, OData, web services, EDI)
- Solid understanding of core BC modules (Finance, SCM, Production, Logistics, Service, Project)
- Experience with release and deployment processes (sandbox/production, app management)
- Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a hands-on mentality
- Experience with Git, DevOps, or comparable version control and build systems
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
Nice-to-have
- Experience in an industrial environment or in companies with more complex organizational structures
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with Azure cloud services or CI/CD pipelines
