IT Administrator (Human)

You will be responsible for keeping all engineering IT systems stable and secure in the humanoid robotics development department. This includes:
- Taking IT responsibility for workstations, engineering servers, networks, and peripheral devices
- Performing error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Ensuring data security, implementing backup strategies, and maintaining version control environments
- Managing and maintaining engineering infrastructure across Windows and Linux Server environments
- Installing, updating, and maintaining development tools and engineering software
- Providing IT support and training for employees across CAD and general IT applications
- Supporting IT projects, system migrations, and integration of new tools into engineering workflows
- Collaborating with robotics/hardware teams to ensure high availability of development systems
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Solid understanding of Windows workstations, engineering servers, and peripheral devices
- Knowledge of networking basics (LAN, VPN, DNS, firewall concepts)
- Experience with backup strategies, data security best practices, and version control systems
- Experience in software installation, update, and patch management
- Understanding of Windows & Linux Server environments
Nice-to-have:
- Experience supporting engineering or hardware development teams
- Knowledge of automation or scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or automated engineering workflows
- Exposure to CAD/PLM environments (bonus but not required)
