The successful candidate will be working in a cutting-edge startup environment helping define the security, resiliency, and scalability of our infrastructure to support bringing disruptive robotic technology to the market.

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including switches, routers, and access points.

Plan, install, and test ethernet cabling for local area networks.

Provide first-level support for network-related issues, diagnosing and resolving connectivity problems.

Document all physical network connections, maintaining network diagrams, labelling, and inventory records.

Planning, coordinating, and implementing physical network infrastructure projects, including new installations and network upgrades.

Collaborate with IT staff and external vendors.

Ensure compliance with company standards and health/safety guidelines during installation and maintenance work.

Completed education or vocational training in IT, computer science, electronics, or a related technical field.

Proven experience with network hardware and structured cabling installation (copper and fiber).

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide effective first-level support for network issues.
