This is where the ideas and concepts come to life, making our products and brand visible worldwide. From designing the robots to marketing them, all aspects converge in marketing. With our own video and photo studio, we professionally showcase content for social media, online campaigns, and presentations. At the same time, marketing is responsible for planning and organizing all global events, whether they’re international trade shows or partner events. This area combines creative thinking with strategic planning, always aiming to deliver impactful messages, equip the Business Partner Unit with compelling marketing material, and create memorable experiences. Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Messeauftritten und weiteren Events, von der ersten Konzeptidee über die Koordination bis zur Nachbereitung, und bist bei Aufbau und Messetagen vor Ort dabei.

Du arbeitest in der Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern wie Messebauern und Agenturen mit und behältst dabei Timelines, Budgets und Aufgabenlisten im Blick.

Du kümmerst dich um die Event-Logistik, etwa Standpersonal-Listen, Reise- und Hotelbuchungen, den Versand von Exponaten und Giveaway-Bestellungen.

Du hilfst bei der Aufbereitung von Event-Materialien, der Pflege von Übersichten und der Erfolgsmessung anhand unserer KPIs, inklusive Lead-Erfassung und Reporting nach dem Event.

Über die Events hinaus unterstützt du das Marketing-Team bei Produkt- und Partnerthemen, etwa bei der Erstellung von Content, der Koordination von Inhalten und der Vorbereitung von Kampagnen.

Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt rund um Events oder Marketing.

Du absolvierst bei uns ein Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum mit einer Mindestdauer von sechs Monaten.

Erste praktische Erfahrungen aus Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder eigenen Projekten sind ein Plus.

Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig, behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick und packst mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität an.
