Your main responsibilities include:
- Request Handling: Responsible for processing inquiries related to research projects, primarily submitted by universities or research institutes.
- Alignment: Coordination of research topics with development departments and the company’s strategic direction.
- Work Package Development: Preparation of a detailed work plan to ensure effective project execution.
- Cost Calculation: Performing cost calculations for various projects to ensure budget compliance.
- Project Drafting: Creating project outlines and descriptions that serve as the basis for funding applications.
- Coordination: Responsible for coordinating interim reports and fund requests during project implementation.
- Controlling: Monitoring and evaluating the progress of research topics with regard to time, budget, and goal achievement; early identification of deviations and initiation of appropriate corrective actions.
- Basic knowledge and interest in project coordination; initial experience in project work is desirable but not mandatory.
- Interest in funded research projects and the associated administrative processes.
- Basic knowledge in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of cost and performance accounting as well as relevant business administration knowledge is desirable.
- Technical understanding and interest in modern technologies.
