As a Project Manager in the COO Office (Commercial), you act as commercial and strategic support for the COO and serve as the interface between the COO, CFO, and internal as well as external stakeholders. You ensure that the commercial aspects of our growth and scaling initiatives are managed in a well-founded manner, communicated transparently, and implemented efficiently.
- You support the COO and CFO in all commercial matters by analyzing business cases, profitability, and financial plans, and by preparing decision-relevant data.
- You monitor key KPIs, derive measures to improve performance, and ensure transparent management of budgets, forecasts, and costs across cross-functional projects.
- You prepare content for board meetings, investor updates, and banking presentations, working closely with Finance, Strategy, and the CEO Office to ensure a consistent and reliable information base.
- In addition, you lead and coordinate commercial sub-projects within the COO Office, develop and evaluate business cases, make-or-buy analyses, and investment decisions, ensuring that operational projects meet commercial requirements.
- You also contribute to the further development of governance structures, prepare financial reports, dashboards, and decision templates, and continuously build out business cases for investments, new products, or internal initiatives.

You have several years of experience in project management with a strong commercial focus, ideally in an industrial environment or in technology-driven companies.

You possess solid knowledge in finance, controlling, or strategy, for example through work in consulting, finance, corporate development, or COO-related roles.

You are able to prepare complex commercial matters precisely, clearly, and tailored to the target audience, especially for C-level executives, boards, and investors.

You demonstrate very strong analytical and structural skills, combined with a pronounced focus on execution.
