Your mission & challenges 

You don’t just want to measure and inspect – you want to actively shape the quality of our products. As a Quality Technician, you play a central role in ensuring our quality standards, from incoming goods inspections to process analysis and improvement. With your eye for detail, technical understanding, and hands-on mentality, you make sure that quality is not only maintained but continuously enhanced.

  • You conduct incoming goods inspections according to test plans and technical drawings to ensure that all materials meet quality requirements.
  • You plan and execute initial sample inspections and carefully document the results.
  • You operate and program measurement and testing equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines, optical measurement systems, or manual measuring tools.
  • You evaluate measurement results, analyze them, and systematically document your findings.
  • You create and maintain test reports, inspection plans, and measurement protocols to ensure transparent traceability.
  • You support root cause analyses of quality deviations and oversee corrective and improvement measures.
  • You work closely with production, development, and suppliers to achieve optimal solutions.
  • You ensure that all quality standards, norms, and internal requirements are consistently met.

 

What we can look forward to
  • You have completed a technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable field.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in metrology and quality assurance.
  • You have completed further training as a metrology technician and possess strong skills in reading technical drawings and tolerances.
  • You have experience with first article inspections and standard quality methods.
  • You are proficient with measuring equipment and familiar with CMM software such as Zeiss CALYPSO, Hexagon PC-DMIS, or Renishaw MODUS.
  • Ideally, you have completed AUKOM metrology technician training. You work in a structured, precise, and quality-conscious manner.
  • Additionally, you have good written and spoken German and English skills.
