Do you want to do more than just ensure supplier quality and actively help shape the performance of our supply chain at NEURA Robotics? In this role, you take on a key position at the interface between procurement, quality, production, and our international suppliers. You support suppliers from qualification to series production, evaluate their performance, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain. In doing so, you ensure that our high quality standards are consistently met and that our innovative robotic systems are built on a strong and reliable supply chain.
- You ensure and continuously develop the quality of our suppliers to maintain and strengthen our high quality standards.
- You systematically qualify, evaluate, and develop suppliers and support procurement in the selection and approval of new partners from a quality perspective.
- You plan and conduct supplier audits and process assessments to ensure compliance with our quality requirements.
- You take responsibility for supplier complaint management, analyze quality issues in a structured way, and ensure the sustainable implementation of corrective actions through the 8D process.
- You support supplier approvals, first article inspections, and sampling processes while ensuring that product and process requirements are met.
- You define and monitor key supplier KPIs and analyze supplier performance to identify and drive improvement initiatives.
- You work closely with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams and act as a technical interface for our suppliers.
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our supplier quality processes and the further development of quality standards across the supply chain.
- You have a technical education or a completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, quality management, or a related field.
- You bring several years of experience in supplier quality management, technical procurement, or supplier management, and you are experienced in conducting supplier audits and evaluations.
- You have solid knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, FMEA, and root cause analysis, and you are proficient with common quality standards, e.g., ISO 9001.
- You hold a certification as a supplier auditor, process auditor, or an equivalent qualification, such as VDA 6.3 or ISO 9001 Auditor.
- You possess technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements, and you can analyze complaints as well as initiate and follow up on corrective actions.
- You present yourself confidently to external partners and suppliers and work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner.
- You are willing to conduct occasional on-site supplier visits and have excellent German and English skills.
