Your mission & challenges 

As a strategically minded specialist in production planning, you will actively shape the future of our planning processes and systems for the manufacturing of innovative robotic and sensor systems. You will analyze existing workflows, develop forward-looking concepts, and establish standards for a digitalized, efficient, and scalable production planning environment. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will make a key contribution to the transformation of our manufacturing landscape.

Your main tasks include: 

  • Analyze, evaluate, and optimize existing planning processes and structures in manufacturing
  • Design and implement new planning strategies to increase transparency, flexibility, and efficiency
  • Further develop and standardize planning logic, methods, and tools
  • Co-develop and implement digital planning systems (e.g., APS, MES, ERP) in close collaboration with IT and production
  • Develop KPIs and control mechanisms to continuously improve production planning
  • Identify bottlenecks and develop strategic measures to optimize capacity and resources
  • Act as an interface between production, logistics, procurement, sales, IT, and engineering
  • Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions in the area of production planning

 

What we can look forward to 
  • Degree in industrial engineering, production technology, supply chain management, or a comparable field
  • Experience in production planning, ideally with a focus on process and system development
  • Knowledge of planning systems and their implementation (e.g., ERP, APS, MES)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in interdisciplinary projects
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ideally experienced with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) and planning tools (e.g., Business Central)
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
