How you work
You are part of the NEURA Academy team within Service & Academy and work closely with Development and Product Management. Your focus is training – customer application consulting is covered by NeuraGym.
Your mission & challenges
Your responsibilities, in order of priority:
1. Training delivery
· Deliver trainings on robotics fundamentals, robot controllers and commissioning
· Deliver trainings on industrial interfaces and protocols such as Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP and OPC UA, including PLC integration
· Teach the integration of hardware such as sensors, actuators, motors and grippers
2. Training content & demos
· Create and update training materials according to Academy standards
3. Product knowledge
· Stay current on new features and system updates in close exchange with Development
· Feed training feedback back into content and to the product teams
4. Strategic tasks
· Build and support online and blended training (e-learning modules, videos, virtual classes, simulation-based exercises)
· Use AI tools to create, update and translate training content faster
· Support the setup and use of the training management system (LMS): courses, participants and certificates
What we are looking for
· Degree in automation engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, robotics or comparable
· Solid robotics fundamentals and hands-on experience with robot controllers
· Sound knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet-based protocols)
· Experience in automation and with hardware (sensors, actuators, motors)
· Programming basics in Python and/or C++
· Able to explain complex technical topics clearly and hands-on
· Basic knowledge of embedded systems
· Experience with PLC programming
· First experience as a trainer or in creating training material
· Good language skills in German and English
