Deine Mission & Herausforderungen
Deine Aufgaben, nach Priorität:
1. Trainings durchführen
· Durchführung von Programmiertrainings mit NeuraPy (Python) und C++ – von den Grundlagen bis zu fortgeschrittenen Workflows
· Durchführung von Trainings zur NeuraPy AI API und zu KI-Workflows auf Anwendungsebene (Datenverarbeitung, Modellnutzung, Inferenz) sowie zu ROS
· Vermittlung der softwareseitigen Integration externer Geräte wie Kameras, Mikrofone, Greifer und Sensoren
· Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden bei Übungen, Anwendungsentwicklung und Debugging während der Trainings
2. Trainingsinhalte & Demos
· Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsunterlagen gemäß Academy-Standards
3. Produktwissen
· Immer auf dem aktuellen Stand zu neuen Funktionen und Software-Releases im engen Austausch mit der Entwicklung
· Rückführung von Trainingsfeedback in die Inhalte und an die Produktteams
4. Strategische Aufgaben
· Aufbau und Unterstützung von Online-Trainings (E-Learning-Module, Coding Labs, simulationsbasierte Übungen)
· Einsatz von KI als Turbo für das Training: Prototypen für KI-Tutoren und -Assistenten, automatisiertes Feedback zu Programmierübungen und schnellere Content-Erstellung
· Unterstützung beim Aufbau des Trainingsadministrationssystems inkl. Automatisierungen und Integrationen mit Python
Das bringst du mit
· Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Robotik, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder vergleichbar
· Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse, gute C++-Kenntnisse
· Solide Robotik-Grundlagen und Verständnis von Robotersteuerungen
· KI-Grundlagen (z. B. Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Nutzung von AI APIs)
· Erfahrung mit APIs und in der Entwicklung von Demos oder Prototypen
· Fähigkeit, Programmierkonzepte klar und Schritt für Schritt zu vermitteln
· Erfahrung mit ROS/ROS2
· Grundkenntnisse in Embedded Systems und industriellen Schnittstellen
· Erste Erfahrung als Trainer oder in der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen
· Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
