How you work
You are part of the NEURA Academy team within Service & Academy and work closely with Development and Product Management. Your focus is training – customer application consulting is covered by NeuraGym.
Your mission & challenges
Your responsibilities, in order of priority:
1. Training delivery
· Deliver programming trainings with NeuraPy (Python) and C++ – from fundamentals to advanced workflows
· Deliver trainings on the NeuraPy AI API and application-level AI workflows (data processing, model usage, inference) as well as ROS
· Teach the software integration of external devices such as cameras, microphones, grippers and sensors
· Support participants with exercises, application development and debugging during trainings
2. Training content & demos
· Create and update training materials according to Academy standards
3. Product knowledge
· Stay current on new features and software releases in close exchange with Development
· Feed training feedback back into content and to the product teams
4. Strategic tasks
· Build and support online training (e-learning modules, coding labs, simulation-based exercises)
· Use AI to turbocharge training: AI tutor and assistant prototypes, automated feedback on coding exercises and faster content creation
· Support the setup of the training admin system, including automations and integrations with Python
What we are looking for
· Degree in computer science, robotics, artificial intelligence or comparable
· Very good Python skills, good C++ skills
· Solid robotics fundamentals and understanding of robot controllers
· AI fundamentals (e.g. machine learning, computer vision, using AI APIs)
· Experience with APIs and building demos or prototypes
· Able to teach programming concepts clearly and step by step
· Experience with ROS/ROS2
· Basic knowledge of embedded systems and industrial interfaces
· First experience as a trainer or in creating training material
· Good language skills in German and English
